Matthew Hughes Managing Director

Matt founded the Primo Foundation in October of 2022. Matt has 41 years of experience in the non-profit sector working at organizations with a focus on education, the arts, healthcare and social service.

Prior to joining the Primo Foundation, Matt worked for eight years as the Executive Director at Envision Children. Matt also served as the Vice President of Development and Marketing at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio; Vice President of Advancement at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Assistant Director of Major Gifts at Carnegie Mellon University.
